Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Orders over $100 AUD → FREE shipping via Australia Post

Orders under $100 AUD → Flat rate of $13.50 AUD (unless otherwise stated)

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse (longer during peak or promo periods).

Tracking details will be sent via email once dispatched.

Shipping Notes

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us immediately at info@sipsta.au if you need to update it before dispatch.

We use third-party couriers and cannot guarantee delivery times once shipped. Delays may occur due to public holidays, location, or carrier issues.

Damaged on Arrival?

Claims cannot be accepted if the product has been used, or if labels/packaging have been removed.

Returns & Exchanges

30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging.

After 30 days, returns are only available if the item is faulty under our warranty.

Return Shipping

Unless faulty/damaged, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
